About the scholarship
The purpose of the award is to support people who are employed but wanting to upskill or make a shift in their career direction through part-time or online study.

Entry requirements
Candidates for the scholarship must be: a. aged 20 years or over; b. starting the first year of a programme at MIT; c. a New Zealand citizen or permanent resident; d. working part-time or full-time (confirmation of employment is required from the employer); e. not be eligible for Labour Government First Year Free funding, Youth Guarantee or MPTT funding; and f. meet the entry requirements for the programme applied for
