About the scholarship
Southern Hospitality Ltd offers 20 x $2000 hospitality industry scholarships. The scholarships are available for students who will be undertaking their second year of study at a tertiary institution. There are 15 scholarships for students studying in all areas of the hospitality industry, and 5 for students studying specifically in the baking industry.

Please only include information that has been requested. Please send copies of certificates, do not send originals. Please read the instructions carefully. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
Entry requirements
To be considered eligible for a Southern Hospitality Scholarship you:
*must be enrolled and in good standing at an approved Polytechnic or Technical Institute in New Zealand. *will have completed the first year of study and are intending to go on and complete a second year of study. *must be a New Zealand citizen or provide proof of permanent residency rights. *must show a combination of your work experience, prior education or training and current course of study should indicate how prepared you are for a career in the hospitality industry. *should have a strong academic record and good character references.
