About the scholarship
The awards have been established to celebrate the unique skills of Primary Health Care nurses and the value they bring to the Primary Health Care team through enhancement of the patient experience and outcomes. It acknowledges the achievement of nurses studying at postgraduate level and aims to celebrate both the academic achievement and the application of critical thinking to Primary Health Care practice.

Entry requirements
Nomination forms should be completed by the students’ employer (a Pinnacle Inc. or Taranaki Provider Inc. practice), a representative of Midlands Health Network and/or the Programme Leader Postgraduate Nursing at Wintec’s School of Health. Students cannot nominate themselves, however they should be informed of their nomination.
