About the scholarship
AMP Scholarships are open to almost everyone. You just need to be a New Zealand citizen or a permanent resident. And you need a dream. It could be to do with community, sport, art, culture, education, conservation, business or anything else under the sun. AMP Scholarships aren’t bound by academic requirements or physical fitness. They’re not limited by gender, ethnicity or age. Anyone can choose to pursue their dream - the future starts today. The People’s Choice programme is about applicants telling their friends, family and colleagues about their thing, and getting their support by asking them to vote through the People’s Choice voting site. We're dedicated to helping people ‘do their thing’ - part of our commitment to growing and nurturing New Zealand communities and the talent within them.
How To Apply
It takes just a couple of minutes to register and you don't need to complete your application right away, but signing in will give you a chance to check out the application form.
Entry requirements
You must ordinarily reside within your chosen region or in close proximity to your chosen region. All National and Study Start Scholarship applicants will be automatically opted-in to apply for a People’s Choice Scholarship (unless they choose to opt-out). All they need to do is select the region they live or the nearest region to where they live when they apply.
