About the scholarship
Every year the Bio-Protection Research Centre offers summer scholarships for undergraduate students who are enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree at a New Zealand University. These scholarship are generally available for study at Lincoln University, Massey University or the Universities of Auckland, Canterbury or Otago.
Summer scholars work with Centre researchers on the latest bioprotection research projects in molecular biology, genetics, ecology and biosecurity.
Entry requirements
To apply for a summer scholarship you must:
-be enrolled at a tertiary institute in New Zealand for a Bachelor’s degree -have an overall Grade Point Average (GPA) of 6.5 -have covered suitable subjects during your studies.
