About the scholarship
Basil and Judith Parkes have established this scholarship to provide financial assistance to students who wish to undertake studies in Land based degrees or diplomas and who have an interest in Natural Resource Management.

Entry requirements
(a) Applicants must be full time students undertaking a land based degree or diploma. (b) Applicants must be New Zealand Citizens or Permanent Residents. (c) Preference may be given to applicants from the Nelson or Marlborough region.
The criteria for selection will be (a) Financial hardship (b) Potential to succeed in their chosen course of study (c) Interest in Natural Resource Management.
