About the scholarship
Hauora Maori Scholarships provide financial assistance to students and health care workers who are undertaking a New Zealand Qualifications Authority accredited degree course or training in health and disability studies. Entry requirements
To be eligible for a Hauora Maori Scholarship, you must:
*be a student enrolled and attending a university, polytechnic, wananga or private training establishment based in New Zealand and have whakapapa and/or cultural links with te ao Maori or Maori communities, and *demonstrate a commitment to and/or competence in Maori health and wellbeing and *be studying a health or disability-related, NZQA accredited course include as an attachment to your application the completed Confirmation of study and tuition form.
