About the scholarship
Lark is looking for an activist who has a dream of making a difference. If you will be an undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited college or university for the 2018/2019 academic year, and you have a vision, we hope you will apply for the Lark Prediabetes Symptoms Scholarship.

Entry requirements
Students who will be enrolled full-time at an accredited college or university during the 2018/2019 academic year, or who are currently enrolled. You may be a current (or just-graduated) high school senior, or a current college/university student.
