About the scholarship
The Trust was founded by Dr and Mrs Oppenheim in November 1989.
The purpose of the Trust is to provide assistance to registered members of the Blind Foundation who are presently undergoing or are about to enter tertiary education.

Entry requirements
While the trust can consider the cost of textbooks recent high levels of demand for Trust resources have seen the Trustees wishing to concentrate resources towards the cost of fees in the first instance.
