About the scholarship
Established by donation from the late Mrs. Jozefa Konieczna and subsequent bequest from the estate of the late Mr. Stefan Musielinski.
To financially assist people of Polish extraction in New Zealand towards fees or puchase of books for any tertiary education.

Entry requirements
Any person living in New Zealand who is through either side of parents or grandparents or great grandparents of Polish extraction. Students can apply for refund of course fees, cost of their textbooks and other course related costs.
To determine the eligibility of each applicant and the extent of support the Trustees may consider the following criteria:
a) The extent of the applicant’s interest and involvement in matters related to Polish history, language, culture and his/her contribution to the Polish community in New Zealand;
b) The suitability of the applicant for the proposed course of study;
c) The past scholastic record of the applicant;
d) The financial status and/or needs of the applicant;
e) Other relevant factors at the Trustees’ sole discretion.
