About the scholarship

In conjunction with a generous donation from the Trilogy International Foundation, Auckland University of Technology (AUT) is pleased to be able to offer a scholarship to Maori and Pacific students in the first year of their undergraduate Bachelor of Business Studies to support their accommodation in an AUT Hall of Residence.

How To Apply

Applicants must complete the AUT on-line scholarship application form available from the link above from 1 November and upload: • A written statement outlining how this scholarship would benefit the applicant; the financial circumstances that would make it difficult to reside in a Halls of Residence without the scholarship; and an outline of how the applicant intends to fund the balance of the costs associated with their study. • A copy of their Year 12 NCEA Record of Achievement or equivalent. • A copy of the AUT provisional offer of place.

Entry requirements

All applicants for these scholarships must: • Be New Zealand citizens or permanent residents. • Be of Maori or Pasifika descent. • Have a provisional offer of place for full-time study in an undergraduate programme in the AUT Business School. • Intend to reside in an AUT Hall of Residence.
