About the scholarship
The scholarship is funded by Deloitte Access Economics New Zealand and has been established to encourage individuals who want to help New Zealand create value for its people. The value of the scholarship is $2,000, which will be paid in two equal instalments of $1,000. There may also be the possibility of summer internship to be arranged directly with Deloitte Access Economics.
How To Apply
Applicants must complete the online application form by the closing date. Applicants will be shortlisted and may be asked to attend a brief interview with representatives from Deloitte Access Economics.
Entry requirements
- The scholarship is open to current Victoria students majoring in Economics who will be enrolling in their third or fourth year of study at Victoria University of Wellington in the following year of this application.
- Applicants must be a NZ citizen or permanent resident.
- Applicants must have a strong academic background in Economics along with a well-rounded skillset.
- Applicants must also demonstrate their passion for using economic analysis to argue for good economic policy and for a better society.
