About the scholarship
The Electricity Engineers’ Association (EEA) Scholarship was established by the EEA in 2012. To assist students studying for the degrees of Bachelor of Engineering (BE) (Honours) and the Bachelor of Engineering Technology (BET) at AUT University.
How To Apply
Application will be through the AUT Scholarships on-line portal. Applicants will be expected to upload a two page personal statement by the candidate based upon attributes outlined in the selection criteria.
Entry requirements
The Scholarship is available to a student who is; •A New Zealand citizen or permanent resident •Enrolled full-time for Year 4 of the Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) or Year 3 of the Bachelor of Engineering Technology at AUT specializing in the fields of electricity generation or production; power systems; or electricity utilisation •Selection will take into account academic achievement, leadership potential, personal qualities, communication skills and the candidate’s potential contribution to the future development of power engineering.
