About the scholarship
The Lee Foundation of Singapore makes awards annually to students from Singapore and Malaysia enrolled at this University, who are not permanent residents of New Zealand.
How To Apply
Online application will be available approximately one month prior to the closing date.
Those students who wish to be considered should make their application by 31 March . Only in cases of exceptional hardship applications will be considered after this date. As the basis of selection is the financial need of students they should attach a letter to their application setting out their case for assistance. This will, of course, be treated as confidential.
Entry requirements
The annual selection is entirely at the discretion of the University authorities. Applications shall only be considered from students who: have successfully completed the first year of their studies at Victoria University of Wellington; and who's academic performance has been above average. The basis of selection shall be made on evidence of real financial need. The grants shall be for the purpose of assisting in the paying of tuition or hostel fees of students resident in university hostels or the cost of board and lodging of non-resident students.
