About the scholarship

The Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa and Victoria University of Wellington are offering a Master of Science (MSc) scholarship in the field of plant molecular systematics at Victoria University.

(a) a curriculum vitae with details of the applicant's academic record (b) an academic transcript if all their study has not been completed at Victoria University (c) A one A4 page statement outlining; i) why you are interested in plant systematics ii) which particular project you are interested in and why this particular project and the techniques involved would be of interest to you

Entry requirements

A standard MSc degree at Victoria University is undertaken over two years. The first year involves three papers and a Research Preparation project. The second year comprises the research thesis, worth 60% of the total degree.
