About the scholarship
The LB Wood Scholarship is to enable New Zealand university graduates to study in any discipline at a university or institution of university rank in the UK.
The funds for this scholarship are provided by the income from a bequest made to the University of New Zealand in 1934 by Lawrence Berry Wood, a retired Inspector of Schools.

Entry requirements
Applicants must:
be graduates of or graduating from a New Zealand university apply for the scholarship within three years from the date of their graduation have applied for or been awarded another postgraduate scholarship.
