About the course

The purpose of this qualification is to provide all sectors of the drilling industry with people who have the skills and knowledge required to work as a Supervisor or Senior Driller within their specific drilling environment.

Graduates will be responsible for their own performance within their defined environment, and have some responsibility for the management of learning and performance of others. They have a lead role in the drilling workplace.

This qualification has been designed to be relevant to all sectors within the drilling industry. It has been made flexible to allow study or training to take place within a variety of drilling environments.

Graduates will be qualified in the drilling environment in which they studied or trained.
