ISAK LEVEL 1 – Anthropometry Course

Let’s get physical! Recording and comparing measurements is the basis of all science, and this course teaches you how to do just that with the human body.

Course Description Whether you’re a personal trainer, nutritionist or simply anyone studying the human body, you should be taking this course. Knowing the effects of your work must be measured and recorded, this three-day course will give you all the tools necessary to track a person’s progress towards fitness goals and health targets.

Based in Hamilton, the Waikato Institute of Technology (Wintec), is one of the country’s largest institutes of technology. We deliver high-quality education across vocational (technical) and professional fields of study to approximately 13,000 students, across over 130 different courses.
