Be heard, be understood and get the results you’re after. The ability to communicate using the written word plays a huge role in business success. Yet most of us have received little or no formal training in this necessary skill. Here’s your opportunity to master the essentials.

Course Description In this course, you’ll develop your ability to see your writing through the reader’s eyes. You’ll discover the things that get in the way of clear communication, as well as techniques for getting your message across more clearly.

Based in Hamilton, the Waikato Institute of Technology (Wintec), is one of the country’s largest institutes of technology. We deliver high-quality education across vocational (technical) and professional fields of study to approximately 13,000 students, across over 130 different courses.
