About the course
Advance your knowledge of inclusive education as an interprofessional field of practice by becoming a specialist resource teacher in the areas of autism spectrum disorder, learning and behaviour, blind and vision impairment, or gifted and talented. You’ll extend your capability for working collaboratively within a wider team of professional practice and expand your skills in research, critical analysis, problem-solving and the effective use of technologies and online communications. This programme is offered in partnership with the University of Canterbury.
Entry requirements
Applicants must:
- hold a relevant professional qualification and
- have completed at least one year of relevant professional experience and
- have completed a bachelor’s degree or equivalent or
- have completed at least three years practical/professional experience in an area relevant to the certificate
