Postgraduate Diploma in Information Sciences
NZQF Level 8

About the course

Graduates will have knowledge at a higher level than a BInfSc graduate in an information sciences discipline. They will be able to critically evaluate information and communicate effectively, and be prepared for further study or employment. They will have good quantitative skills, be able to solve a range of both theoretical and practical problems, have acquired the ability to work independently and with groups and, where relevant to the discipline, be able to design experiments and analyse data appropriately.
