Master of Quality Systems

Graduates will have advanced theoretical and practical knowledge and skills in the areas of quality control, assurance, management and strategy. They will be able to synthesise a variety of analytical tools in analysing their business, to continuously improve industrial processes and systems to achieve sustainable ongoing improvement in manufacturing or service delivery capability with a goal of six sigma capability. They will have a critical understanding of systems thinking and its application to organisational quality and its management. Graduates will be able to communicate effectively, work independently and in teams, be able to learn effectively and seek appropriate information to further their knowledge and solve organisational problems. They will be able to undertake self directed, advanced research utilising appropriate information sources.
