About the course

Graduates will be able to remove and replace welded structural and non-structural parts.
Have a knowledge basis of steering and braking systems and be able to set up and use a three-dimensional measuring system, assess and reverse the damage on a chassis alignment system.
Graduates will have a knowledge basis of corrosion causes and protection methods, be able to perform corrosion protection tasks and groom a vehicle for delivery to a customer.
Will have developed the skills and work ethics necessary in a fast moving and modern work environment.
On completion of this programme graduates will be able to liaise with customers, perform industry related tasks in and around the workplace safely.
Graduates will have a knowledge basis of vehicle construction, vehicle safety systems, protection of vehicle electronics.
Graduates will be able to operate industry related equipment and carry out small to medium repairs in steel, aluminium and plastic.
