MIT Certificate in Hairdressing Fundamentals (Level 3)

A graduate of MIT Certificate in Hairdressing Fundamentals (Level 3) will be capable of working as a junior stylist in a commercial hair salon. They will have the knowledge and skills to: confidently and competently support senior stylists by performing elementary colour applications, blow dries, sets, long hair styles; recommend products and hair maintenance advice With senior operator guidance and instruction they will be able to perform elementary cutting techniques, and deal with simple financial transactions. They will have the ability and attitude to work in a culturally safe and professional manner to the standards expected by the hairdressing industry.
