About the course

On completion of the MIT Certificate in Photography (Level 4) graduates will be able to:; Demonstrate competence with a range of cameras and the ability to explain their theoretical use for a range of applications.; Demonstrate competence at an industry entry level with a range of photographic equipment and technologies (scanning, printing, studio lighting).; Use digital technology for the manipulation of photographic images.; Apply good work-place practices of effective time- management and staff and customer communication; Apply a creative approach to the principles of composition and visual communication; Apply health and safety practices pertaining to photographic practice.; Demonstrate a knowledge of privacy legislation as it relates to photographic imaging.
