About the course
Successful Diploma in New Media graduates will be expected to be able to demonstrate knowledge and practical skills in multi media development and production for CD, DVD, and Web based distribution and are able to apply these skills in the development of e-commerce applications. Graduates will have knowledge of legal issues involved in multimedia production and standards required by the industry.
Entry requirements
Minimum entry requirements require potential students to: be 16 years of age or older prior to enrolment on the programme, unless approved otherwise by the Programme Manager; be able to demonstrate English skills at NCEA level 2 or reasonable equivalent
