About the course

Holders will demonstrate a critical awareness of theory, research and pedagogy that contribute to understanding the generic skills and principles for the wide range of contexts and learners typical of the field, as well as the ability to select from and apply these in identifying and meeting specific needs of English as an Additional Language learners within the candidate's own professional context.

Entry requirements

A university degree or diploma, or at least two years of appropriate experience; plus current engagement as a teacher of English as an additional language in a formal education setting.
