Graduate Diploma in Business Transformation and Change

You will develop the theory and practical application elements of change management, strategic planning, project management and leadership to maximise employment opportunities in the turbulent ever changing world of business in New Zealand and internationally. Career opportunities include project leadership, change management/advisory roles, coaching, training/ learning and development, strategic planning, performance management and organisational development roles.

A Bachelor's degree in any field excluding business transformation and change. Alternative Requirements Level 6 or 7 Diploma and relevant work and/or life experience (equivalent to a Bachelor's degree) or Evidence of equivalent practical, professional or educational experience eg 3 - 5 years full time work experience (relevant to business studies) Additional Requirements English Requirements If English is not your first language you may also be required to provide evidence of your English language skills as listed below. If you have no evidence of your English language skills and are a New Zealand citizen or permanent resident, contact us for an assessment. IELTS 6.0 Academic (no lower than 6.0 in all subtests).For acceptable alternatives refer to the English Proficiency Outcomes Chart. Note: If you have achieved NCEA Level 3 University Entrance requirements you are not required to provide evidence of English Language Skills.
