About the course
Graduating students will be equipped with skills in digital illustration, layout design, image capture and manipulation, design and visualisation, branding, pre-press, packaging and typography. A wide range of career opportunities will be available to them including positions involving pre-press, copy and digital centres, printers, design studios, advertising, galleries, desktop publishing, newspapers and education. Alternatively, graduates may seek to extend their print based design skills, and/or broaden their skill-set to include multimedia based design techniques, by continuing with further study/training at a similar or higher curriculum level.
