About the course
On completion of the course, students will have knowledge of modern residential and light commercial construction processes, and materials used and accepted in the building industry.
Entry requirements
Applicants must be New Zealand residents of 16 years of age or over and one of the following required: 80 NCEA credits in any subjects; or 3 School Certificate passes; or 21 NCEA credits in both Maths and English; or School Certificate passes in both Maths and English; or pass a brief assessment in literacy and numeracy.
