Certificate in Professional Wine Knowledge (Sommelier)

Graduates will be able to advise on the individual characteristics of wine/alcoholic beverages as well as wine and food matching. They will show an extensive knowledge of wine from around the world and be able to compile wine and beverage lists and maintain inventory control systems.
