About the course

The aim of the two year qualification is to support the development of the student through professional knowledge, professional practice, professional relationships, professional leadership and self-development. This includes increased English language proficiency and confidence in both oral and spoken language.

Entry requirements

Academic English proficiency, educational studies in human development and learning; curriculum studies; professional studies; diversity studies; designing and implementing learning experiences for young children; health and well-being; information and communication technology.

NCEA Level 3 or equivalent and IELTS 5.5 with no band lower than 5.0
