About the course
Graduates will have acquired the theoretical and practical knowledge, and skills to manufacture jewellery to the standard required for employment in this area of the jewellery industry. Graduates will be recognised in New Zealand as a qualified manufacturing jeweller.
Entry requirements
8 credits at level 2 from reading and writing domains or NZQA Level 2 certificate, or at the discretion of the Academic Registrar that the person is capable of undertaking the course. Entry into the stage 3 will require evidence that the student has access to a workshop for completing the practical component of the course
