Graduates are able to display evidence of effective self-leadership, integrate biblical theological and church-ministry studies in decision making leadership and practical ministry, successfully engage in Christian ministry in a local church or cross-cultural situation with a contemporary understanding and expression of their faith, demonstrate basic strategy, planning, delivery, and review of ministry and service; they are able to apply skills learnt in a practical ministry context, they are able to translate theory and academic learning into practical application within a community context applied to social development, either in a paid or voluntary capacity.
