About the course
Graduates will have developed the capacity to understand the scriptures within their wider historical context, to handle the contents with confidence, and to read and enjoy the Bible for themselves. They will have begun the process of developing the disciplines necessary both to maintain their own spiritual growth and to serve in voluntary leadership capacities within the church. They will have learned the skills required to apply their knowledge in a range of contexts including secular vocation in New Zealand.
