About the course
Graduates of the course will have developed pastoral leadership skills to a level of sole functioning in a working environment. They will be able to function in a pastoral leadership role, and be able to apply sound team leadership and managements skills.
They will also have developed theological and biblical understandings as well as Christian character through spiritual development, and practical experience in a social and community development context. Graduates will be able to relate Christian beliefs to their own pastoral leadership practice, have enhanced spiritual development, and be effective in applying the latter to a pastoral leadership role in either a paid or a voluntary capacity.
