About the course
On completion of this qualification, graduates will have a sound philosophical base in one specialised area of counselling, resulting in enhanced professional counselling and community support practice. They will have a broad repertoire of theory-informed interventions enabling practice with their specialist client group that is responsive and transformative. Graduates will also have a clear view of the values and attitudes that support and inspire their work. The qualification can lead to study at post-graduate level.
Entry requirements
Candidates must hold a recognised diploma or degree in counselling or a related field and have practice experience and access to a computer with email and Internet capability.
