Certificate in Electrical Epilation

This qualification is awarded to students who have consistently demonstrated the skills and underpinning knowledge required to independently perform an electrical epilation service at a safe, economical, knowledgeable and professional level within a beauty clinic or associated business. This qualification also recognises that the successful graduates of this course are able to carry out a full consultation and analysis of the client needs, carry out the requested or advised treatment in a safe, economical and professional manner, recommend further treatments and products required for maintenance of the treatment. This qualification enables graduates to independently carry out electrical epilation. This qualification also gives the graduates a sound underpinning theoretical knowledge of related subjects such as professional conduct, health and safety, anatomy and physiology of the human body, cosmetic science and related physics.
