NZIM Certificate in Management

Graduates will demonstrate workplace competence in a broad range of generic skills and practices; appreciate specialist management functions as they apply in particular workplaces; demonstrate interpersonal communication skills including working in groups or teams; show competence in the use of different forms of communication in workplace environments; demonstrate problem solving, decision making and critical thinking skills in specific management contexts.
