About the course
This programme provides students with the introductory knowledge and skills to be an effective front-of-house professional in the food and beverage sector.
Students will learn in a practical and hands-on setting at our training restaurant Windows. Students will be guided by industry professional tutors. Our tutors will teach students how to effectively communicate with customers, serve food and drinks in a professional way, apply health and safety, food safety and security practices to their work, and provide knowledge of standard operating procedures in the hospitality industry.
In this programme, students will also gain the skills and understanding required to be a professional barista in the hospitality industry, with hands on training in our purpose-built barista workshop.
