Certificate in Te Ara Reo Maori

Successful graduates have understanding and knowledge to an advanced elementary level of basic sentence structures, are able to correctly pronounce words and converse confidently in te reo M?ori, have knowledge about M?ori social organisation, institutions, protocols and practices, have been exposed to different teaching methods and the ako whakatere methodology and have knowledge and confidence to participate in huihuinga. On successful completion of the course, tauira can proceed to further study.
