About the course
CEL holders will have reading, writing, speaking and listening skills in English language to a level appropriate to the certificate pathway they have completed, as well as introductory knowledge of New Zealand. The certificate is awarded at level 4 or level 5, depending on the pathway completed.
Entry requirements
Evidence of suitability to undertake the programme. Applicants should not have English as their first language. An interview may be required.
