About the course
This Programme is Funded through Youth Guarantee and Alternative Education.
The purpose of this qualification is to provide young people aged between 15 and 20 years with low or now formal qualification the opportunity prepare to work in the barbering, beauty or hairdressing sectors
It provides a salon/barbershop-specific environment for for people who are not yet ready to enrol in a programme leading to a Level 3 or Level 4 qualification, giving them the confidence to continue training and/or seek employment within a salon.
Entry requirements
Aged between 15 and 20 years low or now formal Qualifications.
Physically and mentally fit to be able to cope with a full year of study and work in a salon barbershop environment
