About the course

DipCulA holders will have the technical knowledge needed to be highly skilled in the discipline of culinary arts and the skills and knowledge to apply this technical expertise within a management context. Holders will also be prepared to undertake further study in this field.

Entry requirements

Successful completion of Year 12 at a New Zealand secondary school or equivalent. An interview may be required.
