New Zealand Certificate in Residential Property Management (Level 4)

The purpose of this qualification is to provide the residential property sector with individuals who will be able to operate as Residential Property Managers without supervision and be able to supervise the decision-making of letting agents. The qualification aims to benefit the community by promoting consumer confidence of the sector and processes.
The qualification provides a pathway for people wishing to develop a higher level of expertise in the sector. It recognises the achievement of relevant knowledge and skills of those who are already employed in the sector.
