About the course
The Graduate Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management will enable students to evaluate and apply vocationally relevant concepts associated with the operational and strategic management of financial, human and physical resources in the hospitality industry.
Applicants require either a Bachelor's degree and at least two years' relevant hospitality experience or at least five years' relevant hospitality experience at management level. In addition, applicants for whom English is not their first language require an IELTS score of 6.0, or equivalent.
