New Zealand Certificate in Surveying (Level 4)

Gain the skills and knowledge required to work safely in the Land Surveying sector, collect and present basic survey information, and apply practical skills under the supervision of a professional surveyor or survey technician.

This qualification has been developed specifically for survey assistants working in the Land Surveying sector. Candidates may be employed in a wide variety of settings, including Land Surveying firms and large infrastructure companies.

We are the infrastructure business division of Te Pūkenga – New Zealand Institute of Skills and Technology. Te Pūkenga is the new Crown entity established to unite Institutes of Technology, Polytechnics (ITPs) and Industry Training Organisations around the country into a unified national network as part of the Government’s Reform of Vocational Education.  It is creating a network of on-job, online and on-campus learning to give learners more flexibility in what, where and how they learn.
