Protect public health and the environment. Implement, monitor and communicate health and safety requirements. Operate a drinking-water treatment plant using preliminary treatment processes to meet requirements. Monitor drinking-water treatment plant operation and interpret compliance and operational data. Sample, test and report drinking-water procedures for drinking-water treatment.
