About the course
This programme is designed for people moving into or currently in a First Line Management role and wishing to enhance their leadership and team management skills. It is suited to; Supervisors, Team Managers and Office Managers.
Manage work flows in an operational context to achieve team objectives. Communicate to develop relationships with team members and stakeholders. Adapt leadership styles for effectiveness in different envrionments.
Entry requirements
It is recommended the candidate
have completed the New Zealand
Certificate in Business (Introduction to
Team Leadership) Level 3, or displays
equivalent skills and knowledge.
