About the course
The programme will produce graduates that: ? Possess the confidence and capability of asserting themselves creatively when challenged with design and visual art opportunities, and the capability of applying design and visual art principles to realise practical outcomes that are thoughtful, inventive and appropriate; ? Understand the interdependence of practical and cognitive skills to investigate design and visual art concepts through utilising a range of different processes, procedures, materials and technologies; ? Are able to use written, oral and visual communication skills to effectively convey design and visual art concepts; ? Possess broad knowledge of contemporary, historical and theoretical contexts of design and visual art practice; ? Are able to work successfully in a collaborative and culturally diverse environment; ? Are prepared and motivated for further study within related disciplines of design and visual arts.

To be eligible for admission, applicants must meet either the general, special or discretionary admission requirements, and must also meet the English language entry requirements.
